Ronda Eshleman
Principal Indiana Online Academy
As leader of the Indiana Online Academy, an AdvancEd accredited program of the Central Indiana Educational Services Center, Ronda and her team have built a supplemental online program partnering with 259 high schools across the state. Ronda is a 2008 graduate of the National Staff Development Council Academy and is a former executive board member for the Indiana Staff Development Council. She is a facilitator for the Central Indiana Technology Leadership Certification and is the former President of the Indiana Curriculum and Instruction Association. Ronda continues to present numerous workshops at the local, state and national level. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Indiana University.
