Dawn Nordine
Executive Director, Wisconsin Virtual School
Dawn Nordine has led Wisconsin Virtual School (WVS), the state-led virtual school since 2003. Wisconsin Virtual School was founded in 2000. Dawn has been in the education field for 24 years. Formerly a superintendent and technology coordinator of a Blue Ribbon rural school district, Dawn has been actively involved in the expanding online learning opportunities for students in Wisconsin for 12 years. Dawn has a master’s in School Administration from Northern Michigan University, a master’s in Environmental Education from UW Stevens Point, and bachelor’s in Education from UW Superior.
